What is Tal Card

The Tal Card is a pre-paid debit card that can be used on your purchases, bill payments, withdrawals, transfers, etc. It can be obtained in the United States in two versions:

Transactions on the Card are immediate and authorized by password (PIN).
Personalized card, with the trademark Mastercard® and transactions authorized by signature or password.
